We have worked with Nancy Dyer for over 20 years during the time she was providing rental and vacation management services at Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon through Ponderosa Properties. In addition to all the professional services she provided superbly, Nancy was always a delight to deal with. She was friendly, personable and quick to smile, while also efficient and thorough in the work she did with us. We worked with her first to help us find summer rentals for our family at Black Butte Ranch. Later, when we decided to buy, Nancy helped us find just the right house for us and for our own rental tenants. There was no question in our minds that we would continue to use Nancy to manage our property at Black Butte and we did, for more than another decade, before she decided to transplant from the Black Butte/Camp Sherman area to Bend. Nancy Dyer has been involved in renting our homes in Black Butte Ranch since 1996. She is very professional, personable, ethical, and a pleasure to work with. She continually brought quality clients who respected our homes as well as our personal property. We never had an occasion in which we were disappointed in any of the outcome of our guests. in addition during slow winter months she continually watched our home to be sure that the heat was on, pipes weren't frozen, snow was removed and the house kept in generally good condition. We live in the Chicago area, 2,000 miles from Black Butte Ranch and could have never owned a second home that far away unless we had the confidence that it was being taken care of in our absence.
