The founders of Desert Pine Properties Nancy Dyer and Ken Pearson have been long time Central Oregon residents and have experienced all that the high desert has to offer. Nancy has 25 years of Vacation Rental management providing you confidence and trust in managing properties and precious vacations. In addition she has been an active Realtor since 1980. Ken, a resident of Bend for 25 years, has been involved with the hospitality industry and with the development of several start-up companies in Central Oregon. He has established and maintained solid working relationships with a worldwide client base and feels customer service/satisfaction is the basis for any successful endeavor. Ken has been an active community volunteer and can frequently be found wetting a line in his favorite fishing hole or biking out of control on one of Central Oregon's many mountain bike trails.
Nancie is a graduate of the Uof O and has lived in Central Oregon for 32 years--18 of those at Black Butte Ranch where she raised her three children. During her residency at BBR, her late husband was Chairman of the Board and they were involved in many aspects of being permanent residents there. In 1982 she and a friend started a management program for BBR working out of her house. It was the first off-site management business and when Nancie became a licensed Realtor in 1985 she joined forces with Nancy Dyer and together, they created a property management program they are proud of. In her free time Nancie loves to hike, golf, travel and spend time with her 7 grandchildren. Her home in Sisters looks out at 7 mountains which daily reinforces her love of Central Oregon and all it has to offer.
Aaron has lived in Central Oregon since 1997, and truly believes Bend is one of the best spots to live, work, and play that a family could find. A licensed Realtor since 2005, an active outdoorsman and cyclist, musician, and father of two, he appreciates all that this community and its lifestyle have to offer.
